District 40 is a modern barbershop in Mermaid Waters built around clean work, consistent results, and a team that takes the craft seriously. We've got a strong local client base, a well-equipped shop, and the kind of environment where good barbers want to stay.

We are looking for:

Experienced Barber - Casual / Commission

You're clean with a fade, confident on beard work, and the kind of person clients want to come back to. You show up on time, you're easy to work with, and your portfolio does the talking.

What we need from you:

• Solid experience in men's cuts, fades, beard work and styling
• Good communication. Clients notice how you make them feel, not just how you cut
• Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Own tools preferred; qualification a bonus but not a dealbreaker

Pay options:

• Casual hourly rate based on experience + super
• Commission-based structure with a competitive split, negotiable
